Kayla Bledsoe
Kayla Bledsoe - Kayla Bledsoe is a community organizer from the East side of Indianapolis and now lives in the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood right off 38th street. She is a first-generation college student and 21st Century Scholar with her B.A. in Spanish and Sociology. At the Learning Tree, Kayla is the Animator of the Human Spirit, dedicated to supporting social movement and change through administrative support. She is also the Assistant Treasurer of the Midwest Immigration Bond Fund Board, provides operational and fund development support to the Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance, and helps Indiana AID with fundraising efforts. She loves to write poetry and cuddle with her cat, Cleo. Kayla deeply believes in the role of joy, relationships, and living out our values for meaningful social change.
